CFTC backs crypto perpetual contracts, issues advisory on 24/7 trading

The CFTC opened the door for regulated bitcoin perpetual futures contracts in the US, issuing an order for approval and an advisory on 24/7 trading risk. Coinbase and Kalshi are moving forward with products.
